Luxottica is an Italian eyewear conglomerate and one of the world's leading manufacturers and retailers of eyeglasses and sunglasses. Founded in 1961 by Leonardo Del Vecchio, the company is headquartered in Milan, Italy. Luxottica has played a significant role in shaping the global eyewear industry and has established itself as a powerhouse in the market.
ASSIGNMENT
Luxottica enlisted Qreactive to oversee the development and implementation of an extensive library of online learning and training modules for its global workforce. The objective was to establish and manage a platform that could effectively align e-learning content with the evolving requirements of its staff in the field of online training and learning management.
OUTPUT
To support Luxottica and its sales team, we compiled modules that included designing engaging and interactive quizzes to effectively test and enhance the learning experience. To ensure efficiency, we designed each module to simplify complex information and present it in straightforward and easily digestible paragraphs. This approach aims to make the training modules accessible and comprehensible to a diverse audience.
